Crafty debuts on the 2024 Top Workplaces USA list, an honor that is based on results of an employee-led survey.

CHICAGO, IL — March 20, 2024 —  USA Today revealed today that Crafty, the centralized platform providing food and beverage solutions for global offices and remote workers, has been named a 2024 Top Workplace in the US.

The Top Workplaces USA award, built on the program’s 15-year history surveying more than 20 million employees across 60 markets, offers recognition to midsize and large organizations, including those with operations in multiple markets. Employers with at least 150 employees are eligible. Crafty was among a total of 42,000 companies invited to participate in the survey and one of 1,531 that qualified for this honor nationally.

“We are thrilled to be chosen as a best place to work by Top Workplaces for the second time this past year,” says Co-founder and CEO, Nate Rosenstock. “To receive a national honor of this caliber is an incredible win for Crafty, and to know that the results are based on a survey from our employees is especially meaningful. It’s our goal to craft better workplaces for our clients, and we cannot do that without creating a great environment for our team members as well. A special thanks goes out to all of our amazing team members who make Crafty the workplace we are today.”

The Top Workplaces USA list is based on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, a workplace survey and improvement specialist, in partnership with USA Today. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture that are critical to the success of any organization, including connection, execution, and leadership. Winners are selected solely based on employee feedback gathered and results are calculated by comparing the survey's research-based statements, including 15 'Culture Drivers' proven to predict high performance against industry benchmarks.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
