Ishan graduated from Northwestern and believes in learning something new from each experience from his first job at Summerfest in Milwaukee to his years consulting at McKinsey. Ishan cofounded Crafty in 2015 and played a hands-on role delivering beer and snacks directly to customers which enabled him to get an unfiltered view of corporate food service pain points. Today, Crafty has grown to 200+ employees and has a global client footprint across 32 cities.

Jenna has a passion for food service having vast experience across the office food and beverage landscape. Before she joined the Crafty team, Jenna held the position of Global Workplace Operations & People Lead at Palantir Technologies along with other food and beverage roles for over 10 years. Prior to joining Palantir Technologies, Jenna worked at Bon Appetit management company, where she held the roles of Executive Pastry Chef & Assistant Catering Manager and Pastry Lead.
